Privacy notice

When you take our AI Readiness Scorecard, we ask for your name and work email so we can show you your result and send you a copy. If you tick the consent box, we may also send you the odd useful follow-up about AI for your business. You can ask us to stop, or to delete your details, at any time. We do not sell your information or pass it on to anyone else for their own marketing.

Grapeworks is the data controller for the information you share through this scorecard. If you want to talk to us about your data, or ask us to delete it, email us at hello@grapeworks.ai.

• Your name and work email, when you fill in the result form.
• The answers you give to the scorecard questions, and the readiness result we work out from them.
• Basic, non-identifying information about how the scorecard is used, so we can keep it working well.

We use your name and email to show you your result, to email you a copy, and to help you with a clear next step. The lawful basis for this is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in following up with businesses that have asked us for a readiness read.

We will only send you marketing follow-ups if you have agreed to them. Every email we send has a one-click way to unsubscribe.

We keep your details for as long as you are happy to hear from us. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active records. We do not keep it longer than we need to.

Your details are held in our own business systems and seen only by the Grapeworks team. We use trusted suppliers to run our email and our systems, and they only ever act on our instructions. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else to market to you.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and unsubscribe from any email with one click. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of the page.
